This is the official app of the American eHealth Collaborative. It will facilitate registration and implementation, and will also act as a primary communication and information delivery system. In this app you can find:
New Registration, Downloads, Social Contracting, Medical Questions, Book an Appointment, Emergency Text, Contact Us, and Video. This app is a supplement to the wellness programs that we offer.
